Our Founder
Lincoln Gibbs comes from a hands-on, blue-collar background — raised on a dairy farm near Dubuque, Iowa — and understands firsthand the pride, sacrifice, and grit it takes to build a successful business from the ground up.
With over a decade of experience in M&A, operations, and finance, Lincoln is an entrepreneur and operator-investor focused on acquiring and scaling blue-collar businesses in the construction, industrial services, and manufacturing trades. He has led business acquisitions, integrations, and financial strategies for companies ranging from $10M to $6B+ in revenue — including work with J.P. Morgan, Parthenon Capital, and Brightstar Capital Partners. One key highlight was building the 2nd largest Bobcat Compact Construction Equipment Dealership Group in N.A. with now 30+ locations and $350mm in revenue.
Lincoln isn’t a private equity fund or a corporate consolidator. He’s an entrepreneurial, seller-friendly buyer who partners directly with business owners to protect their legacy, support their team, and grow the business with a long-term vision. His approach is personal, thoughtful, and committed to the people behind the work.
